Step 1 – Inquiry & Brief
Share your bag concept, target price, quantity, material preference, and required certifications. We assess feasibility and compliance.
Step 2 – Quotation & Timeline
We provide a detailed quote including mold cost (if new design), unit price, lead time, and packaging options.
Step 3 – Sampling
Design drawing or tech pack confirmation
Prototype sample (1–2 pcs) for fit, material, and function check
Revised sample until your approval
Step 4 – Pre-Production Validation
Bulk material ordering, pre-production sample for mass production standard, and factory internal testing.
Step 5 – Mass Production & Quality Control
Inline inspection + final random inspection (according to AQL standard). We also accommodate buyer’s own third-party inspection (e.g., SGS, TÜV).
Step 6 – Shipment & After-Sales
Sea/air/rail freight coordination, customs documents (including GRS certificate, BSCI report, origin cert, etc.).
